Exercise can reverse mental decline in people with Alzheimer's

Taking regular exercise can help to reverse the mental decline that comes with ageing even in people with Alzheimer's, scientists say.
Working out has long been thought to slow the development of problems such as memory loss.
But now experts believe that there is strong evidence that aerobic exercise can also improve the way in which older brains function.
Studies have shown that exercise can increase the size of the brain and improve the speed and sharpness of thought.
